Early Life & Education

As a child, Wale Ojo was performing professionally. He worked with Akin Lewis, who starred a barber role on the NTA Ibadan television series Why Worry when he was eight years old. Wale Ojo completed elementary and part of his high school in Ibadan, Nigeria, before moving to the United Kingdom to further his studies and eventually graduating from a University abroad.
Wale Ojo grew up in a polygamous household. His father, Mr. Ojo, had six wives. His mother, who was also an actress, raised him. Chief Wale Ogunyemi, Tunji Oyelana, writer Wole Soyinka, and Zulu Sofola were all influenced by Ojo’s mother, who had support for his work.

Career

At nine, Wole Ojo began his professional acting career at a tender age. At the age of 11, he made his stage debut at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs in remembrance of a UNICEF-sponsored children’s day celebration.
He also orchestrated and directed a number of stage plays, including Wale Ogunyemi‘s Langbodo, Bode Osanyin‘s Beer Parlor Philosophy, Moliere‘s A Doctor in Spite of Himself, and Macbeth excerpts.
Wole Ojo came into the spotlight in Nigeria in 2009 after winning the 2009 edition of the Amstel Malta Box Office unscripted TV drama 2009. He was cast in the kids’ show “Kidivision 101” and the successful family drama “One Big Family,” which aired on NTA.
He has also collaborated with well-known actors and actresses for several projects in the Nigerian movie industry, such as Tunde Kelani, Wale Adenuga, Michael Udoh, Sadiq Dada, Charles Novia, Joke Silva, Femi Oke, Lekan Balogun, and Kingsley Omoefe.

Personal Life

Wole Ojo is currently single. He has no married wife. In an interview with Punch, he stated that he would prefer to marry an older woman. 
He has had numerous heartbreaks in his previous relationships. He celebrates his birthday every year by organizing giveaways on his social media handles.
Wale Ojo has been rumored to have a relationship with his colleague Kehinde Bankole.
