The philosophy of the Baba-Ahmed University is anchored on a zeal for excellence, professionalism and service as core values.
This shall propel the University to always strive to achieve, maintain and propagate excellence; and by implication add value to society through the knowledge that it shall impart to its graduates.
The core values shall be integrated into all activities of the University, as well as imbued in its staff and students.
The University shall promote the principles of justice and fairness, thus creating an atmosphere for peace, scholarship, and excellence aimed at advancing knowledge through quality teaching, research and service.
The Baba-Ahmed University shall achieve this by:
• Executing pedagogical methods that stress innovation and practical skills over routine theoretical learning;
• Engendering an enabling environment infused with modern facilities and engaging quality staff to enhance teaching, learning, research, and service, as well as support collaborations and partnerships with the private sector; and
• producing intellectuals, researchers, academics, and leaders through teaching and research.
How to apply
The application process for entry into the programmes offered by our university are relatively similar across all departments and faculties. This seamless and simplified process is geared towards ensuring that our applicants are comfortable regardless of the level of their computing literacy.
You can submit multiple applications to different courses, but please do not accept any offer until you have received a decision from all the programmes you have applied for. When you have received all decisions from the university please make sure you accept only one offer as soon as possible.
