Africunia/Sparco Bank’s Agriculture Grant; It’s Economic Impact To Nigeria:

Nigeria is a nation once known for having the strongest economy in Africa. But the last two decades have seen a fierce blow to the Nigerian economy that has left over 70 million Nigerians living in Poverty.

As of the year 2018, the poverty state of the country surpassed the level of Indians with an estimate of over 87 million Nigerians living in abject poverty, while India followed with an estimate of 73 million.

However, the year 2022 in Nigeria has seen a little decrease in the nation’s poverty level on the World Poverty Clock with an estimate of 70 million people living below the poverty line.

It’s a thing of immense concern and one that must be taken very seriously because of the potential of Nigeria’s poverty level increasing to a drastic level in 2030.

The general cost of living is the backbone of the economic state of any country.

The merits of AFRICUNIA/ SPARCO agricultural grants to Nigeria include; creating employment for those in rural areas, discipline in farming which would increase the production of crops and revenue from sales.

The reduction of poverty and increase in food security are other key benefits that can come from adequate agricultural grants for Nigeria farmers.

So it’s safe to say that our problem as a country can be, and will be solved with an adequate supply of funds for farmers and prospective farmers as it would in the end increase the nation’s purse and create food security for the nation.

The Alliance of Africunia/Sparco Bank will ensure that all eligible farmers with the right potential business plans for their choice of agricultural produce will share the 5 Billion Dollars Grant.

Nigeria has the highest amount of unemployment compared to so many west African countries. This has placed the crime rate of Nigeria at a high because of the inability of youths to find a place for themselves in a society where they can make a good living.

It is now time for people to embrace the responsibility of catering to their future and that of Nigeria’s food and revenue supply through the Africunia Agricultural Grant.
Fight Food Scarcity
It’s no longer news that people struggle to attain three square meals globally. however it is a little more evident in Nigeria, hence our intentions for offering Grants for Agriculture.

Without the intervention of Agricultural grants for the nation, the economy will drop drastically and the cost of living will drive people from the lives they are used to.

Africunia Agricultural grant aims to increase the availability of food for the nation by sponsoring farmers to cultivate and produce every known dependent agricultural produce of Nigeria.

At the end of each farming season, the farmers are expected to sell their produce right away to Africunia Bank. Our duty is to disperse this food to the market at more friendly prices that should enable the average Nigerian to purchase, feed his family or resell and make a living.

Through our grant, we would create a sustainable food production circle that would only change the country’s economic state when our sponsored farmers live up to their side of the agreement.

This is why the disbursement of grant funds can only be done after several scrutinies by the boards to properly ensure that we are not funding a lazy farmer. We are looking for people with vision and not just grumbling stomachs to satiate.

Reduce Criminal Lifestyles

We strongly believe a business-oriented community, state, or country gives less room for men and women to indulge in fraudulent activities to put food on their tables. The rise of criminal and illegal actions in Nigeria is a product of food, jobs, and money scarcity.

The implementation of the grant is aimed at curbing every root of criminal desires in the youths and helping them understand their role in aiding the country to rise back to its place among well-to-do countries, also creating better and more sustainable means of earning a living for themselves.

We are putting the future in the hands of the Masses through the Africunia Bank Agricultural Grant in conjunction with Sparco Bank.
