The federal university of Health Science, Azarewishes to invite all candidates to post UTME test and screening exercise for 2021 UTME candidates only
The exercise is scheduled as follows:
Date: Thursday 13th October, 2022
Time: 8:00
Venue: federal University of Health Science, Azare.
All affected candidates are to endeavor to do the following task unfailingly before the exercise:
• Upload their O’level on JAMB CAPS otherwise their admission will not be processed
• Evidence of change of the course/institution to FUHSA as first choice
• Bring originals and photocopies of their academic credentials for the screening exercise
• Bring (1) passport photograph
• Writing materials
• Bring scratch cards of the O’level examination they are submitting
• Payment of N2000 Screening fee at the venue
